Rhode Island will shut down its state government for 12 days and hopes to trim millions of dollars in funding for local governments under a plan Gov. Don Carcieri outlined Monday to balance a budget hammered by surging unemployment and plummeting tax revenue.
The shutdown will force 81 percent of the roughly 13,550-member state work force, excluding its college system, to stay home a dozen days without pay before the start of the new fiscal year in July.

Heaven desires that the UFO cover-up be forthrightly transformed into full disclosure of our existence and our benevolent mission for open first contact with you. We have discussed this issue with many governments on your world and, of course, at length with our Earth allies. One of the major obstacles to first contact continues to be the degree of raging xenophobia that afflicts a percentage of your population. This baseless fear is heightened by a whole slew of 'alien invasion' movies, television programs, and magazine articles, sponsored in large part by the dark cabal. Adding to this carnival-like atmosphere is the way the scientific and government-based 'disclaimers' and 'skeptics' are given preferential treatment by your media. Naturally, a bias took root in your society that only recently is being countered in some aspects of your media. We are pleased with these developments but much remains to be done to redress the inculcated prejudice now inherent in much of the Western mainstream media.
Our goal is to institute a variety of different approaches to offset the results of these decades of deliberate fear mongering. In the 1940s, the dark cabals and their former masters, the Anunnaki, saw the cover-up as a necessity because the appearance of UFOs in your skies created a dilemma that needed to be resolved quickly; namely, the authority that the cabals and their overlords had long enjoyed was suddenly being challenged! Action was needed to restore control and rebut this new threat. At first the cover-up was a means to work secretly without interference from the public. Later, it became a standard operation to conceal what was then actually happening. We watched and took careful note of what was really taking place between these dark cabals and their dark galactic counterparts. We knew that in a few decades a more active response to the growing cover-up problem would be required. The time for these actions has at last arrived!

This solar system now requires that a fully conscious and adequately trained humanity be left in charge. Here, we are actually preparing to quite literally push you forward to a point where you can master a technology and a state of consciousness that, in your present state, seems to you to be a most improbable fairy tale! Some of your sci-fi writers and anthropologists have surmised that a sufficiently advanced technology can appear to be magic to a more primitive society. The same applies to levels of consciousness: Full consciousness can seem startling to a limited-conscious society, with the seemingly god-like qualities invoking baseless fears. To address this, we have come up with a number of possible approaches that we can talk about in later messages. Just be aware that first contact is close and that we are helping our Earth allies. El presidente de Venezuela, Hugo Chávez, pronosticó una "ruptura de relaciones con Colombia", país al que definió como un "narcoestado". Durante el acto de despedida del embajador cubano en Venezuela, Germán Sánchez, Chávez dijo que "hay que preparar la ruptura de relaciones con Colombia, eso va a ocurrir".
El gobernante venezolano explicó que esa ruptura será en respuesta a la decisión de Bogotá de que tropas estadounidenses utilicen el territorio colombiano como base para sus operaciones. "Esas siete bases son una declaración de guerra contra la revolución bolivariana y así lo asumimos", consideró Chávez. "Vayámonos preparando porque esa burguesía colombiana nos odia y ya no hay posibilidad de un retorno", añadió.
Luego aseguró que desde muchos sectores colombianos le piden entrevistas, especialmente movimientos sociales, "a los que están golpeando con la excusa de luchar contra el terrorismo y el narcotráfico". "El gobierno colombiano no está interesado en acabar con el narcotráfico porque es una narcoestado y su economía es una narcoeconomía; eso es una verdad que se puede demostrar con cifras", denunció Chávez.
Igualmente, aseguró que es "imposible" un nuevo abrazo con el presidente colombiano, Álvaro Uribe. NASA Looks for ET - UFO X Files Larry King CNN
Though the video title indicates that NASA is looking for aliens, many of us know that NASA is fully aware of aliens and probably knows where to find a few of them without looking very far. This may be another avenue of disclosure to the public. We believe, as so many others do, that it takes more faith to disprove the existence of UFOs then it does to swallow the facts. It seems that debunker's are not grasping all that encompasses the UFO phenomena. Besides the craft there are the alien experiences that so many have had and the crop circle messages which appear in moments despite their size or complexity. There is also ancient history which depicts their existence and interaction with the human race, so its not just the strange craft that has captured the attention of thousands of people. There is far more occurring on Earth then illusions of craft flying around us. People want and need to know.

Western civilization has lost its most important asset: the ability to impartially seek the truth, no matter where it might lead. At its peak, Western civilization used logic and science to blast away at superstition and ignorance. Any single person could, by means of evidence and logic, change the way Western civilization thought. The result was unprecedented human progress in many spheres leading to such things as the industrial revolution. However, over a hundred years ago a greedy cabal began infiltrating the West’s institutions and distorting science in the name of power, lust and greed.
Now, the institutions that made the West strong have all been subverted and perverted. Scientific journals have been taken over by a cabal of financiers who use a non-transparent process of “peer review” to suppress discovery that is inconvenient to the cabal’s financial interests. At some point science developed “laws” that could not be broken, evidence be damned! Science, by its very definition, is supposed to be a work in progress based on evidence and facts not “unbreakable laws”.
Inventors who break any of these “laws” (such as the so-called
second law of thermodynamics) are, if necessary, murdered.
Once we have purged these parasites from the collective brain of the West and science is again set free, world civilization will flourish as never before. That day, fortunately for us all, is close.
