At 9:45pm on Wednesday (03-Jun-2009), I[Neil Kramer] was pondering the manifestation of crop circles and how their remarkable glyphs might occur in other mediums/substances apart from cereal crop. I recalled there have been formations in snow, ice and water. I thought about sand. Earth. Like the Nazca lines. What about the sky? Air? As if to seek further inspiration, I looked up into the sky...
A massive serpent hung in the air above me, composed of a stunning twist of deep orange vapor. It remained motionless as I watched it, until the sun finally set over the horizon and nothing more could be seen. One word echoed through my mind: Quetzalcoatl.
Quetzalcoatl (pronounced ke.ʦal.ˈko.waːtɬ) is a Mesoamerican deity whose name comes from the Nahuatl language and means "feather-serpent". To the Mayans, the feathered serpent was known as Kukulcan or Ququmatz. To the Aztecs, Quetzalcoatl was related to gods of the wind (!), of Venus and of the dawn. He was also the patron god of learning and knowledge, this being reflected in his significance to the priesthood.
The first depictions of the feathered serpent can be seen on Stela 19 at the Olmec site of La Venta (Tabasco, Mexico), showing a serpent rising up behind a person. Though the customary explanation suggests a symbolic shamanic ritual, it has always looked to me like a pilot in a cockpit, with various instrumentation.

David Hawkins, MD., Ph.D., in his groundbreaking book Power vs. Force, shows quite conclusively that the power an individual has to change the world — for better or worse — depends on his or her level of consciousness. The number of people this would require to make a significant difference, therefore, is determined by the consciousness of those involved.

The Consciousness Factor
The higher the consciousness of this group of people, the fewer of them it will take — and the effect is exponential. Hawkins shows that having even a tiny number of people with a high level of consciousness involved can dramatically reduce the overall number required to bring PEACE to the world.
Hawkins has a very refined and scientifically validated scale of consciousness that is measured according to the principles to which an individual is totally committed and by which he or she consistently lives. For example, a person who is unkind, vengeful, mean or despising of others — or who always blames everyone else for his or her unhappiness — will have a very low level of consciousness. Someone who is forgiving, kind, merciful and accountable for his/her own life, will carry a high level of consciousness.
Someone who has a relatively low level of consciousness will have a negative effect on the world, but insofar as their power as an individual is negligible (with the exception of a few individuals who perversely rule with force or in some other way affect mass consciousness in such a way as to drag it down), it only matters when such a consciousness is shared by millions of others.
That being the case at this present time, were it not for the fact that mass negative energy is counterbalanced by only a very few people with a high level of consciousness, there would be very little hope for humanity. As Hawkins himself says, “But for these counterbalances, mankind would self-destruct out of the sheer mass of its unopposed negativity.”
[It is important that we not make any judgments about all this. Everyone is where they need to be. It might well be that in order for those who aspire to a higher consciousness to reach a new level, they might need that mass consciousness against which to push].
However, as Hawkins shows, the good news is that since the effect that consciousness can have on the creation of reality increases exponentially the higher up the scale a person goes, a very few people holding the higher vibration can counter-balance the millions who are at the lower end of that scale.

Cutting across the center of this image from the Apollo 10 is the Rima Ariadaeus, a linear rille. The crater to the south of the rille in the left half of the image is Silberschlag crater. The dark patch at the top right is the floor of Boscovitch crater. [On the other hand, nothing is said about the possible pyramid(s) on the bottom left, underneath the very-very-very circular crater... and for a geological fault line, to take on such a straight development... well, it's just too fishy]

Royal Canadian Mint can't account for missing gold

A significant quantity of gold, silver and other precious metals is unaccounted for at the Royal Canadian Mint.
External auditors are investigating a discrepancy between the mint's 2008 financial accounting of its precious metals holdings and the physical stockpile at the plant on Sussex Drive in Ottawa.
The mystery raises possibilities from sloppy bookkeeping to a gold heist.
Officials with the commercial Crown corporation are saying little and refuse to confirm the amount and value of the unaccounted for gold, silver and palladium.
"An unprecedented demand in gold in 2008 has led to an unreconciled difference between the mint's financial statements and the physical count of precious metals. There's a difference there that we're looking into," Christine Aquino, mint spokeswoman, said in a prepared statement Tuesday in response to questions from the Ottawa Citizen.
"We're taking this very seriously. We're conducting a thorough review and we're expected to have that completed within the month. (It) includes the analysis of precious metal by-products and financial data. We've allocated all necessary resources to this review."

If this sounds like you are living in another episode of the Star Wars series, welcome to reality and the biggest thing going on in Creation right now. This bigger war which is raging in the macrocosm of the Universe, is also raging within each and every one of us, also called the microcosm.
And the chemtrails can be a fearful weapon in this war, as long as we remain in the victim state of consciousness.
Planet Earth and its inhabitants, as the prizes in this latest and final battleground of the Galactic war, are crown jewels to the victor, not only because of the position this planet holds on the outlying edge of the galaxy, but as is explained further in my upcoming book, because it is a microcosm of the galaxy. Much like the United States is on planet Earth Earth itself is a melting pot of so many different alien races, that it’s conquest represents a conquest of all the home planets as well...
The key to this penultimate battle is the coming ascension of planet Earth back into the fifth dimension, and the choice its people to either stay here in this dimension, or to go with it. The chemtrails fulfill that part of the Hopi prophecy spoken of about the Day of Purification when cobwebs would be spun in the skies.
But what you do if you were already in control of this planet? What would you do if you had already spent inordinate amounts of time and energy making it into the most sophisticated prison camp in the Universe, so much so that most of the inhabitants didn’t even know they were prisoners? What lengths would you go to in order to prevent them from pulling off the Great Escape by beaming themselves and the whole camp up and out of your self-governing enclosure?
Two things would become necessary for you to do:
1) close or control the doorways or portals in and out of your camp (the always crucial ‘head‘em off at the pass’ in Earth wars); and
2) keep the prisoners
a) preoccupied with their health and the day-to-day grind,
b) genetically incapable of making the jump into hyper-space.

UFOs spotted in Cambridgeshire

Witnesses claimed to have seen up to 50 of the mystery bright beams at around 11.30pm in Huntingdon.
Scott Boswell, 37, a former pilot and soldier from nearby Hinchingbrooke, captured some of the lights on his camera.
Mr Boswell, a banker in the City of London, said: "I noticed three lights floating past our house, probably a couple of kilometres away, and thought nothing of it.
"But then I noticed a big long string of lights coming from the direction of Brampton and heading over the Stukeley Meadows direction. This was about 11.30pm and I got a couple of blurred shots. I'm pretty sure these weren't aircraft.
"There was no noise, no navigation lights and their heading and height was relatively constant until they disappeared out of sight."

Auberon and Suzi Hedgecoe, who run the Braywood Guest House in Huntingdon, saw around 50 orange lights in the sky.
Mr Hedgecoe said: "It was like an armada. There was no sound. They were travelling 15 at a time and every six minutes more seemed to be coming over the horizon.
"They were not planes. These were not balloons. Each one was the size of a building. If they had been balloons, then they would have had to have been huge and they looked weighty."

Primary schoolchildren are set to be taught how to spot potential terror suspects as part of a police strategy to tackle extremism.
Lancashire Police has made a DVD featuring animated animals in a bid to teach children about the dangers of fundamentalism.
The force's new Preventing Violent Extremism unit said the DVD aimed to teach youngsters about terrorism and fundamentalism in an 'accessible way'.
Children will be encouraged to inform on their classmates if they feel other pupils are expressing extremist views.
The video features a talking lion, who explains that a terrorist can look like anyone, and urges children to tell the police, their parents or a teacher if they hear anyone talking about terror related activity.
It also uses the example of Guy Fawkes saying that his strong views began forming when he was at school in York.

Netherlands to close prisons for lack of criminals

·The Dutch justice ministry has announced it will close eight prisons and cut 1,200 jobs in the prison system. A decline in crime has left many cells empty.

During the 1990s the Netherlands faced a shortage of prison cells, but a decline in crime has since led to overcapacity in the prison system. The country now has capacity for 14,000 prisoners but only 12,000 detainees.
Deputy justice minister Nebahat Albayrak announced on Tuesday that eight prisons will be closed, resulting in the loss of 1,200 jobs. Natural redundancy and other measures should prevent any forced lay-offs, the minister said.
The overcapacity is a result of the declining crime rate, which the ministry's research department expects to continue for some time.

Belgian prisoners
Some reprieve might come from a deal with Belgium, which is facing overpopulation in its prisons. The two countries are working out an agreement to house Belgian prisoners in Dutch prisons. Some five-hundred Belgian prisoners could be transferred to the Tilburg prison by 2010.
The Netherlands would get 30 million euros in the deal, and it will allow the closing of the prisons in Rotterdam and Veenhuizen to be postponed until 2012.

Have you ever suspected you could be psychic? Now you can find out thanks to an experiment to be conducted through Twitter.
In the first scientific study to use the social messaging service, experts will investigate 'remote viewing' - the psychic ability to identify distant locations.
Thousands of members of the public will be asked to 'Tweet' their impressions of a randomly chosen spot in the UK visited by one of the researchers.
Then they will vote for which of five photographs on a website shows where the visitor was standing. The trial will be repeated with visually different locations four times.
If at the end of the experiment the votes correctly identify at least three targets, it will support the existence of extra-sensory perception.
