Consequently, the degree of change that is close to happening is looking to be increasingly severe. The dark seems to be on a scorched-earth policy that is dooming more of them to a most unkind fate. With each day, the ability of these dark ones to work against the Light decreases enormously, and thus the moment of promised change approaches fast. Those within the various councils of the dark seem wearier and more worried about their looming defeat, and this shift in attitude has brought out a certain careless abandon toward what they are doing and it is clear that their rout is inevitable!
As this plays out, Mother Earth pushes forward with the changes that are to come before you are evacuated from your surface world. She is adjusting more of her surface plates in order to lock them into position. These collisions have caused an increase in seismic activity and ocean volcanism in the plate zones located in the Indian and Pacific Oceans, and this increase is set to augment still further as these operations intensify during the coming year. Likewise, the odd weather associated with 'global warming' is to grow more drastic. In this way, Mother Earth is signaling to humanity that the changes to humankind require a swift and all-encompassing resolution, and we have duly acknowledged this message of hers. As we noted in previous updates, we have set up a number of alternate scenarios to carry out this much-needed return to full consciousness. You are under a prime decree by Lord Surea to be returned to your natural state of full consciousness. A number of special crystal cities are ready in Inner Earth to house you during this time and the procedures for your transfer there are well tested and ready.
What is left is to use the remaining time to aid all of you in achieving the change in governments; to carry out the prosperity and other programs designed to alleviate your present suffering; and to inform you of our presence. Then you can begin to solve the current crises of pollution, want, wars, and accumulated hatreds that have so long plagued you. These things our Earth allies intend to do. A new world filled with amazing technologies long hidden away within the multitude of dark projects undertaken since the end of World War II is the goal behind the agenda of our Earth allies. The better part of year has passed since Barack Obama was voted into office with a clear mandate for change given to him by a disillusioned electorate. Issues such as healthcare, poverty, corporate responsibility and education were discussed as key areas where action was needed. Less discussed, at least publicly, was the issue that might have even more catastrophic repercussions -if neglected: UFO and extraterrestrial affairs.
Sadly, fifty years have now passed since Roscoe Hillenkoetter, an admiral and former chief of the CIA, stated in a 1960 article in the New York Times,
"It is time for the truth to be brought out in open Congressional hearings. Behind the scenes, high-ranking Air Force officers are soberly concerned about UFOs. Citizens are led to believe UFOs are nonsense. To hide the facts, the Air Force has silenced its personnel."
Many years have also passed since the UK's former Chief of Defence, Admiral Hill-Norton publicly stated,
"I have frequently been asked why a person of my background —a former Chief of the Defence Staff, a former Chairman of the NATO Military Committee— why I think there is a cover-up of the facts about UFOs. Governments fear that if they did disclose those facts, people would panic. I don’t believe that at all. I’ve said so in print. There is a serious possibility that we are being visited by people from outer space."
And yet we still wait. This doesn’t stop some brave souls willing to face official ‘ridicule’ from trying. Paul Hellyer, a past Canadian Minister of Defence, is one such individual.
"We need to persuade governments to come clean on what they know. Some of us suspect they know quite a lot, and it might be enough to save our planet if applied quickly enough."
Concerned citizens lament the fact that the government hides its substantial knowledge on UFO and extraterrestrial matters, while concealing the technology they might have extracted from aliens. While evidence for alien visitation is irrefutable, the government continues the denial. Meanwhile the President is briefed in secret by scientists from NASA and the Pentagon on extraterrestrial developments and political alliances.
This presents a serious risk for Planet Earth. It has been confirmed that world leaders are aware that we might either stand at the edge of first contact or outright destruction. Aliens from this galaxy and others, such as Andromeda, have communicated to world leaders that we are to be told of their existence or otherwise possibly be completely destroyed. Excuses about upsetting power-structures and causing panic are reputedly no longer to be tolerated: Yet America’s political establishment continues to buy time and hide their frantic activity on this front from ordinary citizens.
As a parent myself, I[MC] fear, as do so many others, that my grandchildren will not get the opportunity to experience full lives due to decisions being made now by short-sighted politicians. There is no excuse whatsoever for concealing the reality of visiting alien beings or UFO events any longer.
Barack Obama, this is your chance to effect real change that will positively alter human existence forever. The people voted you in for this.

Moviegoers were captivated as they watched a metallic assassin morph before their eyes in "Terminator 2." The villain turned to liquid before assuming new forms capable of squeezing through narrow openings and transforming its arms into bladed weapons and solid metal tools.
Scientists at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency were wowed too. Now they're working to deliver that same kind of technology to support the good guys: warfighters on the battlefield.
Mitchell R. Zakin, program manager for DARPA's Programmable Matter division, said he's convinced the concept depicted for decades in blockbuster movies and comic books has real-life applications.
He's leading up the effort to develop "programma matter," which he calls "the ultimate adaptable material." It will be capable of changing size and shape and taking on new properties for one use, he explained, then adapting to a whole different form for another use.
Zakin clarified that he's not out to change warfighters themselves, just the equipment they use, the clothing they wear and the loads they carry.

USDA’s National Organic Standards Board (NOSB) is voting on whether nanotechnology should be banned from use in Organic products. Thanks to your overwhelming outcry in May 2009 the Board’s initial recommendation is to keep nanotech out of organic entirely. Now, we need your help again to make sure USDA holds the line! The critical vote on the Board’s final recommendation will be held in Washington D.C. on Nov 3.
Nanotechnology is contrary to Organic Principles and could further entrench industrial/chemical agriculture and industrial food as our dominant paradigm, to the detriment of public health and the environment. Tell NOSB to ensure the integrity of Organic on this issue by voting that USDA ban nanotechnology as an excluded method.
