Mysterious Sun Gate ‘Time Wave’ Blacks Out South America

An interesting report circulating in the Kremlin is claiming that the massive power blackout that hit South America this past week was due to a 'Time Wave' that emanated from the mysterious Bolivian Andes region called Tiahuanaco, where the mysterious 10 ton 'Gateway of the Sun' monolith -carved from a single block of Andesite granite- [above, left] is located, and was 'triggered' by an 'anomalous event' at the World's largest and highest-energy particle accelerator, Large Hadron Collider (LHC) [above, right], in Switzerland run by the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) and 'rippled through' the thousands of ancient pyramid complexes located throughout Brazil and other countries of South America.
According to these reports, the CERN scientists at the Large Hadron Collider began a series of experiments on November 1st (2009) in preparation for the restarting of operations when they 'shockingly' discovered that their testing was distorting the Earth’s magnetic field and had shot off a 'Time Wave' towards the core of our Planet that their tracking showed veered exactly towards the 'Sun Gate' high in the Bolivian Andes Mountains.
Most unfortunately, however, was when the initial 'Time Wave' spawned by the LHC erupted from the 'Sun Gate' and headed out towards the space above South America it -literally- glanced into the path of an Iberworld Airbus A330-300 flown by Air Comet which was ready to begin its descent into Santa Cruz, Bolivia but then found itself -instantly and mysteriously- over the skies of Santa Cruz, Spain, over 5,500 miles (8,900 km) away. Un Airbus A330 de Iberworld subcontratado para Air Comet, presumiblemente aterrizó por error el día 1 de noviembre en Santa Cruz de Tenerife (TFN - Los Rodeos) en lugar de Santa Cruz en Bolivia. El avión con matícula EC-IJH debía realizar el vuelo A7-301 y transportaba 170 pasajeros que embarcaron en el aeropuerto de Madrid Barajas.
Tras 17 horas de escala, el avión partió con destino Bolivia. Los pasajeros informaron que la tripulación no ofreció ninguna explicación, lo que hizo sospechar que ésta confundió Santa Cruz en Bolivia con Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

BRASIL DENIEGA EL SOBREVUELO A AIR COMET
Por otra parte el vuelo A7-39 de Air Comet que despegó de Madrid con destino Buenos Aires, con 270 pasajeros a bordo, recibió la negativa de las autoridades brasileñas para sobrevolar su espacio aéreo, obligando a la tripulación a volver a Madrid, donde aterrizó 11 horas después.
La aerolínea informó de que estaban en posesión de toda la documentación necesaria para sobrevolar Brasil, sin embargo debido a fallos de coordinación y por razones de seguridad fue necesario volver a España.
Fuentes en España y Brasil sugieren que el incidente fue resultado de problemas burocráticos. Air Comet ha acumulado una sustancial deuda con el gobierno brasileño por el impago de tasas aéreas y ha fallado en varias ocasiones en su compromiso de pago de la deuda.
El avión EC-KXB partió de nuevo al día siguiente con el indicativo A7-41 con un retraso de 26 horas y realizando una escala intermedia en Lima (Perú), para evitar el espacio aéreo de Brasil.

After this mysterious event, CERN scientists shut down the LHC blaming their failed experiment on a bird dropping a piece of bread onto outdoor machinery, after which their Director for Research and Scientific Computing, Sergio Bertolucci, warned that the titanic LHC machine may possibly create or discover previously unimagined scientific phenomena, or 'unknown unknowns' such as an 'extra dimension'.
But, even after shutting down the LHC the 'dimensional distortions' created in South America by this 'Time Wave' continued to be felt, and led to the 'Gateway of the Sun' monolith sending out, what Russian scientists have likened to, a 'digital communication' towards the thousands of Pyramids in Brazil and other ancient sites throughout the Andes Region of South America and leading to the massive power outage that plunged tens-of-millions into darkness.

China has stealthily introduced a new financial system based on the renminbi which is well on its way to becoming fully convertible, according to a high-level Chinese source. In addition, China is purchasing 10,000 tons of gold to back up a new fund designed to develop and market heretofore forbidden and suppressed technologies. The fund will be based outside of China and will be controlled by prominent members of the Chinese overseas community. The gold purchase will take some time because of the logistics of transporting it and the Chinese wish to test it thoroughly. Both the Chinese government and MI6 now confirm reports that much of the gold sold by the Federal Reserve Board over the past decade is in fact gold plated tungsten.
For its part, the renminbi is now convertible with South American currencies, the rouble, Middle-Eastern currencies, the yen, South East Asian currencies and African currencies. “We will slowly introduce our new financial system in parallel with the old one and hope that people steadily migrate towards it,” the Chinese official says.
Meanwhile, the latest G20 meeting ended in acrimony and chaos. The leadership of the West is in total disarray and will remain so until the Federal Reserve Board’s bankruptcy becomes visible even to the brainwashed section of the Western public. This is now expected by January or February. Both MI6 and a senior Chinese government source now predict the collapse of the Federal Reserve dollar by that time.
We are also hearing various reports that many Pentagon and other US alphabet soup agency figures, with both US and Israeli citizenship, have recently fled to Israel. Things are coming to a head.

The debate over oil's origin has been going on since the 19th century. From the start, there were those who contended that oil is primordial - that it dates back to Earth's origin - or that it is made through an inorganic process, while others argued that it was produced from the decay of living organisms (primarily oceanic plankton) that proliferated millions of years ago during relatively brief periods of global warming and were buried under ocean sediment in fortuitous circumstances.
During the latter half of the 20th century, with advances in geophysics and geochemistry, the vast majority of scientists lined up on the side of the biotic theory. A small group of mostly Russian scientists - but including a tiny handful Western scientists, among them the late Cornell University physicist Thomas Gold - have held out for an abiotic (also called abiogenic or inorganic) theory. While some of the Russians appear to regard Gold as a plagiarist of their ideas, the latter's book The Deep Hot Biosphere (1998) stirred considerable controversy among the public on the questions of where oil comes from and how much of it there is. Gold argued that hydrocarbons existed at the time of the solar system's formation, and are known to be abundant on other planets (Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and some of their moons) where no life is presumed to have flourished in the past.
The abiotic theory holds that there must therefore be nearly limitless pools of liquid primordial hydrocarbons at great depths on Earth, pools that slowly replenish the reservoirs that conventional oil drillers tap.
Meanwhile, however, the oil companies have used the biotic theory as the practical basis for their successful exploration efforts over the past few decades. If there are in fact vast untapped deep pools of hydrocarbons refilling the reservoirs that oil producers drill into, it appears to make little difference to actual production, as tens of thousands of oil and gas fields around the world are observed to deplete, and refilling (which is indeed very rarely observed) is not occurring at a commercially significant scale or rate except in one minor and controversial instance discussed below.
The abiotic theorists also hold that conventional drillers, constrained by an incorrect theory, ignore many sites where deep, primordial pools of oil accumulate; if only they would drill in the right places, they would discover much more oil than they are finding now. However, the tests of this claim are so far inconclusive: the best-documented "abiotic" test well was a commercial failure.
Thus even if the abiotic theory does eventually prove to be partially or wholly scientifically valid (and that is a rather big "if"), it might have little or no practical consequence in terms of oil depletion and the imminent global oil production peak.
[Or the moral dilemma once it finally dawns on us that the black, thick fluid is -actually- Earth's blood! Because, whether it's abiotic or biotic, these 'reductionist-materialists' just want to know how much longer they can keep on raping Gaia.]

One of the real pioneers in early application of causal positron energy was inventor Edwin Gray of Van Nuys California. In WW II Gray learned of radar during his tour in the U.S. Navy, having previously attended advanced engineering school in the Army until discovered to be under age (15) and discharged. After the war, by 1958 he had learned to perform what he called "splitting the positive", using “cold electrical energy” as well as the normal positive electrical energy. His first motor was operating by 1961. Preparing to put units into production, in 1974 the Los Angeles District Attorney confiscated all Gray's records and prototypes. To escape bogus charges, Gray later pleaded guilty to two minor infractions and was released. His prototypes were never returned. After several mishaps, moves, and more prototypes, Gray died in Nevada under mysterious circumstances in April 1989.
The Fascination Car was the brain child of Paul M. Lewis, of the Highway Aircraft Corporation. It was developed with a standard engine, but he wanted to power it with ANYTHING that didn't burn gasoline. He was in negotiations with Ed Gray for a while to use the EMA Engine, but that fell through. He then approached Joseph Papp for his plasma engine. Ultimately, neither the engines or the car were ever produced.

A telltale signature of consciousness has been detected that takes us a step closer to disentangling the brain activity underlying conscious and unconscious brain processes.
It turns out that there is a similar pattern of neural activity each time we become conscious of the same picture, but not if we process information from the image unconsciously. These contrasting patterns of activity can now be detected via brain scans, and could one day help determine if patients with brain damage are conscious. They might even be used to probe consciousness in animals.
"It's very exciting work," says neuroscientist Raphaël Gaillard of the University of Cambridge, who was not involved in the work. "The use of a reproducibility measure to disentangle conscious and non-conscious processes is genuinely new." Gaillard has previously shown that coordinated activity across the entire brain is one of the signatures of consciousness.
Consistent signals
So far, efforts to find a brain signature of consciousness have focused on the intensity of neural activity, how long it lasts, and whether signals tend to be synchronised across different regions of the brain.
"We were looking for something other than the intensity and duration of the neural activity that characterises conscious neural processing," says Aaron Schurger of Princeton University in New Jersey, who led the new work.
He and his colleagues hypothesised that when the brain is presented with the same sensory input – a picture, say – time after time, then conscious awareness of the picture should produce similar neural activity each time.
Conversely, if the sensory input did not enter conscious awareness, it should produce different brain activity each time because there would be other subconscious processes going on at the same time.
Invisible pictures
To test this hypothesis, Schurger and colleagues used functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) to measure the brain activity in 12 volunteers who were asked to look at a series of images – some designed to elicit a conscious response, others a subconscious one.
The researchers invoked conscious processing simply by showing volunteers pictures of faces or houses. To invoke subconscious processing, the researchers presented volunteers with so-called "invisible stimuli".
These consist of two drawings, of either a house or a face, one shown to each eye. Crucially in each pair, one drawing is in pale orange on a pale green background, the other is the same drawing with the colours reversed. When the brain is confronted with such seemingly contradictory visual inputs it reconciles them by creating a yellow patch. So the volunteer consciously sees nothing but yellow, though the brain has subconsciously processed the face or house.
Probing anaesthesia
A set of fMRI recordings of subjects' temporal lobes backed up the team's hypothesis: each time a house or face was consciously processed by an individual, the resulting patterns in brain activity were similar. When the same image was processed subconsciously, the researchers found that the patterns of brain activity were much more variable. "Neural patterns were more reproducible when the drawings were seen consciously compared to when they were not," says Schurger.
The team thinks that reproducibility – the replication of similar neural patterns in the brain each time it becomes conscious of the same sensory input – gives us clues as to what consciousness is.
It could also be used in the future to tell if someone in a coma is conscious, or probe the consciousness of people under anaesthesia, something that also isn't well understood.

In America they have something called The Constitution. I’ve got one myself and it’s doing pretty good right now; thank you very much. My impression is that this constitution was created along with The Bill of Rights and god knows what else to protect the rights of the individual and to generally create a never, never land of shared equality that will burn forever in the warm, alcoholic night of the American Dream. It could have, I suppose, except for one thing and that is ‘lawyers’. Shakespeare had it right when he said, “First we kill all the lawyers.”
Now some might put up an argument against this and mention politicians, bankers, religious leaders or whatever but… none of these could accomplish much in the way of their avaricious and evil schemes without the help of…. (Drum roll) lawyers.

A South African experimenter has modified an electrolysis circuit developed by Bob Boyce so that now it recharges his daughter's electric vehicle riding toy. What makes this remarkable is that the energy is not drawn from the wall but from the environment somehow. He's done this around 35 times now and knows of three replications of the effect by others.

Riding for Free
Somewhere in South Africa, a little girl rides around nearly every day on her mini electric vehicle whose battery is recharged by an exotic, new form of free energy, making her possibly the first user of a technology that could soon rescue the mankind from their energy woes as well as bring a multitude of associated benefits.
A South African experimenter, who goes by the YouTube username of Watkykjy1 (pronounced something like "watt-cay-k-yay", Afrikaans for "what are you looking at?") has applied an electrolysis circuit developed by Bob Boyce, with his guidance, so that now it recharges his daughter's electric vehicle riding toy. The circuit is powered by the same battery it is charging -- whose voltage goes up overnight during charging, then down during the day as his daughter rides the toy around. He's repeated this some 35 times so far.

Scalar Energy?
He said the energy is coming from somewhere along the lines of Nikola Tesla's later work in which he sought to harness the wheelwork of nature.

"All this is, is a method for converting scalar energy to normal transverse energy. Tesla spoke about this in his one lecture called Methods of Conversion. All of these are related: zero point, scalar convertor, longitudinal tapping device, etc."

The Boyce circuit being used is called the "hex controller", having 6 channels controlled by a pic(atmega48 20mhz cpu), and was provided by Bob under a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for a cost of around $1200 -- not the one Bob open sourced at PESWiki. Boyce is famous among researchers who are experimenting with using on-board water electrolysis to efficiently create Brown's gas (unusual species of common-ducted hydrogen-oxygen gas) which is injected into the air intake to catalyze a more efficient burn of the fuel. "I just implemented it according the conversations bob and I had, and came to these results", said Watkykjy1.

Successfully Replicated
That was more than a month ago. Now he knows of three other people who have been able to replicate this effect. "If Bob will allow me to share, I'd love to spread this far and wide. I already have all the supporting material, pictures, part numbers, etc. to do this. But at this moment I respect Bob's NDA."
