Magnetic Amplification and Neutralization can be used in many applications. A motor[below] just seemed the most logical for demonstration purposes.
Basically what's happening in the photo [above] is this: With no current applied to the coil, the magnetism from the permanent magnet travels through the core of the coil, making the core part of the permanent magnet. When electricity is applied to the coil, (+ -), it greatly amplifies the magnetism over and above what would normally be the combined force of the electro-magnet and the permanent magnet. It's actually 2.9 times the power of the permanent magnet. When the polarity is switched, (- +), the magnetism at the face end of the coil is gone. Simply stopped. At 18 volts, 95.31 percent of the power produced by the [below] motor is generated by the permanent magnet. The electro-magnet is just simply acting as a switch, which at the appropriate time, is turning on and off the magnetism from the permanent magnet.

Earth's north magnetic pole racing towards Russia due to core flux

A new research has determined that Earth's north magnetic pole is racing toward Russia, at almost 40 miles (64 kilometers) a year, due to magnetic changes in the planet's core.
The core is too deep for scientists to directly detect its magnetic field. But researchers can infer the field's movements by tracking how Earth's magnetic field has been changing at the surface and in space.

Mysterious Sun Gate ‘Time Wave’ Blacks Out South America

An interesting report circulating in the Kremlin is claiming that the massive power blackout that hit South America this past week was due to a 'Time Wave' that emanated from the mysterious Bolivian Andes region called Tiahuanaco, where the mysterious 10 ton 'Gateway of the Sun' monolith -carved from a single block of Andesite granite- [above, left] is located, and was 'triggered' by an 'anomalous event' at the World's largest and highest-energy particle accelerator, Large Hadron Collider (LHC) [above, right], in Switzerland run by the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) and 'rippled through' the thousands of ancient pyramid complexes located throughout Brazil and other countries of South America.
According to these reports, the CERN scientists at the Large Hadron Collider began a series of experiments on November 1st (2009) in preparation for the restarting of operations when they 'shockingly' discovered that their testing was distorting the Earth’s magnetic field and had shot off a 'Time Wave' towards the core of our Planet that their tracking showed veered exactly towards the 'Sun Gate' high in the Bolivian Andes Mountains.
Most unfortunately, however, was when the initial 'Time Wave' spawned by the LHC erupted from the 'Sun Gate' and headed out towards the space above South America it -literally- glanced into the path of an Iberworld Airbus A330-300 flown by Air Comet which was ready to begin its descent into Santa Cruz, Bolivia but then found itself -instantly and mysteriously- over the skies of Santa Cruz, Spain, over 5,500 miles (8,900 km) away. Tras 17 horas de escala, el avión partió con destino Bolivia. Los pasajeros informaron que la tripulación no ofreció ninguna explicación, lo que hizo sospechar que ésta confundió Santa Cruz en Bolivia con Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
BRASIL DENIEGA EL SOBREVUELO A AIR COMET
Por otra parte el vuelo A7-39 de Air Comet que despegó de Madrid con destino Buenos Aires, con 270 pasajeros a bordo, recibió la negativa de las autoridades brasileñas para sobrevolar su espacio aéreo, obligando a la tripulación a volver a Madrid, donde aterrizó 11 horas después.
La aerolínea informó de que estaban en posesión de toda la documentación necesaria para sobrevolar Brasil, sin embargo debido a fallos de coordinación y por razones de seguridad fue necesario volver a España.
Fuentes en España y Brasil sugieren que el incidente fue resultado de problemas burocráticos. Air Comet ha acumulado una sustancial deuda con el gobierno brasileño por el impago de tasas aéreas y ha fallado en varias ocasiones en su compromiso de pago de la deuda.
El avión EC-KXB partió de nuevo al día siguiente con el indicativo A7-41 con un retraso de 26 horas y realizando una escala intermedia en Lima (Perú), para evitar el espacio aéreo de Brasil.

The New Theory: Earth’s magnetic field is not produced by an internal dynamo within the planet. The magnetic field and the planet are separate parts of a complex dynamo system surrounding the planet. The system includes the planet, the magnetic field, radiation belts, and ring current. The same is true of the other planets. Saturn, Jupiter, Neptune, and Uranus are visible components of otherwise invisible planetary dynamo systems, which are all housed within a magnetosphere. According to this new theory, there is no internal dynamo within the planet. Planet Earth does not have a unique way of producing it’s magnetic field. Nor do the other planets. Each magnetic field of each planet is produced in exactly the same way, by its planetary dynamo system.
A planetary dynamo system is composed of a complex network of components including a magnetosphere, a planet, a magnetic field, radiation belts, ring current, and charged particles from the solar wind. The planet is the central component of the system and it’s movements also play an important part in operating the dynamo and generating current. Planets that rotate fast usually have a stronger magnetic field, and planets that rotate slowly, have weaker magnetic fields. The dynamo system captures charged particles from the sun and uses them as fuel. The particles are moved into different areas of the system to perform different functions in fueling the dynamo. It’s the planet’s movement that helps to produce the system’s current.
The magnetic field is a separate component of the dynamo and is generated by the system’s ring current. Ring current is an impressive component of the dynamo system. It is made up entirely of charged particles and provides the energy necessary for producing the magnetic field. The magnetic field captures the charged particles from the solar wind, and brings them into the dynamo for fuel. All the components and forces work together to make up the planetary dynamo. Some researchers believe that a similar dynamo system exists within the planet and this internal dynamo system generates the current that produces the magnetic field.

Reports circulating in the Kremlin today are saying that Russian Air Force Commanders have issued warnings to all of their aircraft to exercise “extreme caution” during flights “in and around” an area defined as Latitude 17 North [North Atlantic Ocean] Latitude 3 South [South Atlantic Ocean] to Latitude 8 North [Indian Ocean] Latitude 19 South [Indian Ocean] between the Longitudes of 46 West, 33 West, 46 East and 33 East, and which covers the greater part of the African Tectonic Plate.
The reason for this unprecedented warning, these reports state, are the rapid formations of “geomagnetic storms” emanating from the boundaries of the African Tectonic Plate that due to their intensity have caused the loss of two major passenger aircraft during the past month leaving nearly 300 men, women and children dead.
