Abstract
This paper examines the hypothetical possibility of relativistic symmetry between the celestial and quantum realms based solely on a scale difference between the two systems and the concept of space-time density derived from Einstein’s curvature of space. The exploratory analysis presented in this paper derives two surprising mathematical coincidences including a new scale relativity mass equation which calculates Jupiter's relativistic mass (1.898x1027 kilograms) to the numerical value of an electron charge (1.6x10-19 coulombs) exactly. This simple equation strongly suggests a direct mathematical relation between charge and mass, gives credence to the likelihood that the Universe is fractal in nature and that dimension changes with scale. Essentially this equation possibly unites our perception of mass at the celestial scale to that of charge at quantum scale which has enormous implications for all of physics.

Basically, I calculated a value called "S". It's a scale constant between quantum and celestial systems. My hypothesis in the theory are that atoms are simply star system in a different space-time density (or velocity frame of reference). It's more complex then this one sentence. In this theoretical model, gas giants are electrons. From the value of S I've been able to derive Jupiter's mass to the numerical value of an electron charge which is a fundamental value in physics. Basically, the "concept" of scale is unchanging between quantum and celestial objects, or what we call invariant. This concept isn't new, but my exact hypothesis is and so is the value of S.
There are a few implications. First, it unites Newton's and Einstein's work with modern quantum theory. To me this is big. Second, and perhaps the most practically useful, it gives rise to some very interesting technology. In this theoretical model, the speed of light is not a limit, but is still a constant. Basically, you can go faster than the speed of light not only for travel but also for communication.

NASA's space shuttle program is winding down. With only about half a dozen more flights, shuttle crews will put the finishing touches on the International Space Station (ISS), bringing to an end twelve years of unprecedented orbital construction. The icon and workhorse of the American space program will have finished its Great Task.

An act of Congress in 2008 added another flight to the schedule near the end of the program. Currently scheduled for 2010, this extra flight of the shuttle is going to launch a hunt for antimatter galaxies.

Numerous Vedic texts refer to flying saucers, UFOs or ‘vimanas’ traveling throughout earth’s skies. In some cases these flying saucers were so large as to actually be cities inhabited by thousands. The inhabitants of these flying saucers, cities, etc., were given a wide array of names by Vedic authors, e.g., Asuras, Devas, Gandharvas, etc. Some appeared to be indigenous to the Earth insofar as they controlled a particular city or region, while others were visitors from another world or dimension called a ‘loka’. If Vedic sources are reliable, then ancient India was an open Galactic society with a great diversity of beings originating from different worlds or ‘lokas’ interacting in the development of human civilization. Insofar as these beings required advanced technologies to move themselves through time and space, they can be regarded as extraterrestrials. In cases where these beings could move between worlds without technology, they can be regarded as celestials.

Vedic texts describe the conflictual relationship between the Asuras and Devas who are depicted as the primary protagonists for control over Earth’s cities and other planets. The Asuras appeared intent on taking direct control over human cities and civilizations, and appear analogous to the Nephilim depicted in the Book of Enoch. The Asuras used advanced technologies to invade different planets to establish direct control though interbreeding and the introduction of advanced technologies. Their chief protagonists, the Devas, also used advanced technologies in their perennial conflict with the Asuras. In contrast to the Asuras, however, the Devas were intent on establishing what they called the Sanatana Dharma (eternal law) where righteous human rulers were in charge of Earth’s different kingdoms and civilizations. The Devas did not appear interested in ruling directly the Earth, and were content in ruling over their own world or realm called Devaloka. In times when the Asuras had overrun the Earth and Devaloka itself, the Devas appealed for help from celestials. The celestials were typically the physical embodiment or incarnation of one of the three key Hindu gods, Shiva, Vishnu or Brahma or of a feminine divine being, the Devi or Shakti. The Puranas give numerous accounts of how the celestials would intervene in a time of cultural degeneracy to restore the Sanatana Dharma and help the Devas in their perennial conflict with the Asuras.

While most of humanity struggles to accept the reality of visiting extraterrestrial life, secret government/corporate entities have been developing and using advanced extraterrestrial technologies. The victory of the Democratic Party in Japan in the August 30th elections is a great thing but many questions remain. The DPJ victory has largely destroyed the CIA created Liberal Democratic Party that has ruled, almost uninterruptedly, since 1955. The question as to whether or not this means the colonial occupation of Japan has ended, though, remains to be answered.
First of all, it is a little known fact that Yukio Hatoyama, the new Prime Minister, is related to both defeated Prime Minister Taro Aso and his predecessor Shinzo Abe. Most top politicians in Japan are intermarried -second or third generation scions- who inherit their power base. Hatoyama’s grandfather, former Prime Minister Ichiro Hatoyama, was a freemason. The wife of DPJ deputy leader, Naoto Kan, told me[BF] Yukio Hatoyama is also a freemason, although he personally denies it. It is therefore reasonable to doubt just how independent, from New World Order control, the Stanford-educated Hatoyama really is.
Then there is the question of Ichiro Ozawa: Hatoyama’s predecessor as DPJ leader and the man now believed by insiders to be the real top boss of Japan. Many political sources have told me[BF] Ozawa is close to New World Order honcho, J. Rockefeller. It is also widely believed that Ozawa was bribed by the Americans, in 1992, in exchange for helping finance the first Gulf War. Will he come clean about this and all the other US bribes?
Another question mark is the process by which DPJ candidates were selected. Unlike say Canada, where local party officials select local candidates, DPJ candidates are chosen in a secretive back room process by the three top party bosses and unknown insiders (the freemasons? The Emperor?). So the party itself is not really democratic.
There will be several tests to see if the new government really does represent a change. First of all, we need to see whether or not they open up a South African style Truth and Reconciliation Commission to investigate the many political murders and other nefarious doings of the CIA controlled LDP puppet government and their thugs. An important starting point would be to re-open the investigation into the murder of prominent DPJ MP Kouki Ishii. The murderer has told the victim’s daughter that the assassination was part of a conspiracy, but the police refuse to investigate. Some prominent DPJ leaders are believed, by Ishii’s relatives, to be involved in the murder. So how about it Hatoyama, will you re-open the Ishii case?
A second big test will be to see if they reveal the truth about the secret budget and the government owned sector of the economy, that Ishii believed to account for 70% of Japanese GDP. So far, they are 'talking the talk' on this issue; so now we need to see if they 'walk the walk'.
A third test will be to see if the DPJ discloses the truth about Japan’s dire financial situation. Many insiders believe the Japanese government to be de facto bankrupt. The numbers put out by the Ministry of Finance are fictitious because they fail to include items, like government guaranteed loans made by private sector banks. If they are serious about fixing the financial system there will have to be a banking holiday.
A fourth test will be to see if they re-negotiate the extremely unfair status of forces agreement with the US occupation army.
Finally, we need to see if they stop financing the US military industrial complex and instead use Japan’s $7.5 trillion in overseas assets to end poverty and stop environmental destruction.
If the new government fails these and other tests, it will implode and be replaced by a right-wing nationalistic government.

We don't have any trouble coping with three dimensions – or four at a pinch. The 3D world of solid objects and limitless space is something we accept with scarcely a second thought. Time, the fourth dimension, gets a little trickier. But it's when we start to explore worlds that embody more – or indeed fewer – dimensions that things get really tough.
These exotic worlds might be daunting, but they matter. String theory, our best guess yet at a theory of everything, doesn't seem to work with fewer than 10 dimensions. Some strange and useful properties of solids, such as superconductivity, are best explained using theories in two, one or even no dimensions at all.

Swiss programmer Ruben Unteregger who has been reportedly working for a Swiss company ERA IT Solutions responsible for coding government sponsored spyware, has released the source code of a trojan horse that injects code into the Skype process in order to convert the incoming and outgoing voice data into an encrypted MP3 available at the disposal of the attacker.
Here’s how the trojan, currently detected as Trojan.Peskyspy, works:
"When the Trojan is executed, it injects a thread into the Skype process and hooks a number of API calls, allowing it to intercept all PCM audio data going between the Skype process and underlying audio devices. Note: Since the Trojan listens to the data coming to and from the audio devices, it gathers the audio independently of any application-specific protocols or encryption applied by Skype when it passes voice data at the network level."

In a study published in the most recent issue of the journal Sociological Inquiry, sociologists from four major research institutions focus on one of the most curious aspects of the 2004 presidential election: the strength and resilience of the belief among many Americans that Saddam Hussein was linked to the terrorist attacks of 9/11.

The study, "There Must Be a Reason: Osama, Saddam and Inferred Justification" calls such unsubstantiated beliefs "a serious challenge to democratic theory and practice" and considers how and why it was maintained by so many voters for so long in the absence of supporting evidence.
Co-author Steven Hoffman, Ph.D., visiting assistant professor of sociology at the University at Buffalo, says, "Our data shows substantial support for a cognitive theory known as 'motivated reasoning,' which suggests that rather than search rationally for information that either confirms or disconfirms a particular belief, people actually seek out information that confirms what they already believe.
"In fact," he says, "for the most part people completely ignore contrary information.
"The study demonstrates voters' ability to develop elaborate rationalizations based on faulty information," he explains.

Scientists Refuse Swine Flu Vaccine

Up to a third of US nurses will say no to the swine flu jab because of concerns over its safety, a poll has found. NHS workers are first in line for the vaccine, but a survey of 1,500 nurses found many will reject it. One told the magazine: 'I would not be willing to put myself at risk of unknown long-term effects to facilitate a short-term solution.' · Los grupos de riesgo que serán inmunizados son embarazadas, enfermos crónicos desde seis meses y profesionales sanitarios y de servicios esenciales.
· Quedan excluidos de inmunización los menores de 14 años que no sufran enfermedades crónicas.
· No se retrasará el inicio del curso escolar.

El Gobierno ha ampliado del 40 al 60 por ciento de la población la reserva de vacunas contra la gripe A, aunque de momento sólo se vacunará a las embarazadas, los enfermos crónicos, el personal sanitario y el de servicios esenciales, como Fuerzas de Seguridad del Estado, Bomberos y Protección Civil.

Listado de enfermedades crónicas en las que está indicada la vacunación de la gripe A:
- Displasia bronco-pulmonar, la fibrosis quística y el asma moderado-grave persistente.
- Diabetes mellitus tipo I y tipo II con tratamiento farmacológico.
- Insuficiencia renal moderada-grave.
- Hemoglobinopatías y anemias moderadas-graves.
- Asplenia (ausencia de bazo).
- Enfermedad hepática crónica avanzada.
- Enfermedades neuromusculares graves.
- Pacientes con inmunosupresión (incluida la originada por infección por VIH o por fármacos o en los receptores de trasplantes). Aquí entran enfermos de cáncer tratados con quimioterápicos.
- Obesidad mórbida (índice de masa corporal igual o superior a 40).
- Niños y niñas y adolescentes, menores de 18 años que reciben tratamiento prolongado con ácido acetilsalicílico, por la posibilidad de desarrollar un síndrome de Reye.
