Another Chip Found in [Bob ] Boyce's Shoulder

Bob Boyce, and one of his associates, reported that Boyce discovered a second VeriChip implant in his right shoulder, deeper than the first VeriChip implant that was extracted during a biopsy for a tumor that formed at that location.
Bob discovered the second chip the way he did the first one. He was working on a toroid at his laboratory bench and noticed that something was broadcasting radio frequencies from his right shoulder.

As we reported last week, the most likely suspect for putting the implant in Boyce's shoulder is Bob Potchen, who is 'former' military intelligence, and who has been modifying (sabotaging?) Bob's hydroxy cell design to the point that it actually diminishes mileage on vehicles on which it is installed. It was while Boyce was at Potchen's Precombustion Technologies Inc. (PTI) facility on May 9 that Boyce first noticed the first chip, accompanied by a numbness in his shoulder, after Boyce had fallen asleep at a desk.

Europeans seek to organize space junk

DARMSTADT, Germany — Researchers concerned about an increasing amount of debris orbiting the earth are calling for the active removal of space junk, saying it will ensure a safe environment around the planet.

More than 300 scientists and other experts who met for four days at the European Space Agency said Thursday that sharing information is a crucial first step in preventing collisions and predicting with more accuracy where derelict satellites may fall to earth.

"We need to share more data," said Thomas Schildknecht of the Aeronautical Institute of the University of Bern. "We consider this the most important and challenging part for the immediate future."

Various international agencies track the refuse in space. The U.S. Strategic Command, which monitors space debris, keeps track of 13,943 orbiting objects 4 inches (10 centimeters) or larger orbiting the earth, and there are thousands more piece that that are even smaller.

But Heiner Klinkrad, of ESA, emphasized that, in the long term, the removal of derelict satellites and other unused spacecraft was essential if collisions are to be prevented.

Could a Massive “False-Flag” Cyberattack Be On The Horizon?

In what has become a bit of a disturbing trend this week, yet another computer infiltration article was posted today on CNN.com.

According to the article, “nearly 1,300 computers in more than 100 countries have been attacked and have become part of an computer espionage network apparently based in China, security experts alleged in two reports Sunday.”

The mysterious network, dubbed “Ghostnet” by researchers, has many dubious capabilities, including the ability to see everything in a network, as well as “hear the people using it”, according to the article. “GhostNet is capable of taking full control of infected computers, including searching and downloading specific files, and covertly operating attached devices, including microphones and web cameras,” the report says.”

Since the attacks on September 11th, 2001, which many have called a “false-flag operation”, meaning elements within the Federal Government carried out the attacks while blaming it on its enemies, there has yet to be a massive Internet attack which would, no doubt, cripple the global infrastructure, especially in these unstable times. But could one be in the works in order to usher in complete worldwide government control of the Internet?

In an article posted earlier this week by the Associated Press, a fast-moving Internet worm, known as the Conficker Worm, has deviously ravaged the PC’s of more than 3 million users worldwide. The worm is reportedly “set to spring to life in a new way on Wednesday — April Fools’ Day….That’s when many of the poisoned machines will get more aggressive about “phoning home” to the worm’s creators over the Internet. When that happens, the bad guys behind the worm will be able to trigger the program to send spam, spread more infections, clog networks with traffic, or try and bring down Web sites.”
