Scientific expedition into underground alien UFO base in Siberia

The massive Yakutia territory in Siberia, Russia, covers an area of 3,000,000 km², and has a population of only around 1 million people -making it one of the most sparsely settled areas on the planet. It should come as no surprise that it holds many secrets and it's a paradise for those researching anomalous phenomena. Both Ufologists and Cryptozoologists are attracted to its vast tundras and seemingly endless wilderness.
Numerous sightings of the Yeti have occurred in this area and some even believe a few live dwarf mammoths still hide here. UFO sightings are commonplace. We reported on one such UFO event just last week.
Recently a series of domed underground bases have been discovered on the banks of the Vilyuy River. These are believed, by researchers, to be UFO bases used by visiting extraterrestrials. There are said to be vast structures and many rooms beneath these domes. The domes are believed to have been used by UFO travellers for thousands of years. Underwater crop circles are said to act as markers helping aliens locate the bases
Now an expedition, of 15 researchers and scientists, is going to enter one of these domes to finally uncover its secrets.
The leader of this scientific expedition will be Nikolai Subbotin of Perm City, a UFO researcher. He noted that, "It is written in ancient Tibetan scrolls that in times gone by these domes were part of a defence system for an ancient ET colony. I know this all sounds highly unbelievable and like complete fantasy, however, having read the scrolls myself, I can say that they really do contain such information."
Were these domes created by ETs or were they built by an ancient, technologically advanced, human civilization that disappeared or was destroyed at some point in time for reasons we do not know?

UFO-spotting Turkish night-watchman regards aliens as 'the world's policemen'

http://www.irishtimes.com/newspaper/world/2009/0622/1224249263841.html

The images 51-year-old Yalcin Yalman has filmed, since 2007 from the suburban Istanbul holiday village where he works as a night-watchman, have helped turn UFO-spotting, once the object of scorn, into a popular pastime among educated Turks.
“For me it’s just a hobby, a way of passing the night,” Yalman shrugged outside an Istanbul conference centre where more than 1,000 people had paid 35 lira (€16), a handsome sum by local standards, to listen to him and ufologists from around the world reveal their latest findings.
[...]
“These are the most remarkable images taken in Turkish history,” Haktan Akdogan, the organiser of last weekend’s International UFO and New Age Congress, said, sitting in the central Istanbul office of the Sirius UFO Space Science Studies Centre, which he set up in 1997.
“The authorities can no longer turn a blind eye to this phenomenon.”

·Campers in the Lake District were treated to a spectacular light show from a string of glowing orbs which flew in formation across the night sky.

It is the latest in a series of sightings which has baffled onlookers and excited UFO spotters across the UK.
The lights were seen above Ullswater on Saturday night over the Park Foot campsite.
People rushed out of their tents to stand and watch in awe as the lights darted back and forth.
They weaved in and out of one another and appeared to fade and then light up again as they soared through a clear sky.
Camper Paul Haigh, 28, of Darlington, said: "Most people had turned in for the night but we were woken by a commotion.
"Someone had spotted something and dashed out to get a better look.
"Soon everyone was outside their tents and looking up into the sky, it was like a scene from Close Encounters.
"The lights were amazing and seemed to fly in formation, they were darting around, fading an lighting up again.
"There was ever more than six in the sky at any one time, but as one faded another lit up, it was a really weird spectacle.
"There were various theories as to what they were, someone said Chinese lanterns, but they seemed much too big and moving too fast.
"They looked as though they were being propelled under their own power rather than being blown by the wind, it was a still night."
Lucy Gray, 26, of Leeds, said: "They seemed to be dancing around in the sky, not just racing straight across it like clouds.
"They were moving in formation, keeping a regular distance apart and they'd all shift around at the same time.
"It's the weirdest thing I've ever seen and I can't explain it, unless they were aircraft on a training exercise."
