Empirical, replicable research published by ICAR, the International Community for Alien Research, confirms that a hyperdimensional civilization consisting of amphibian reptilian hybrids and Gray cybernetic clones, have reportedly abducted approximately 1 billion out of the current estimated human population of 6,783,421,727 as of May 31, 2009 or approximately 14.7 percent of the present world population. A Brazilian news site is reporting the wreckage found is not from the Air France plane.
“The BAF (Brazilian Air Force) informed in the night of this thursday that the removed destroços of the Atlantic in this thursday are not of the Airbus A-330 of the Air France, that disappeared on board in the last sunday (31) with 228 people. In accordance with Brigadier General Ramon Borges Cardoso, director of the Decea (managing of the Department of Control of the Airspace), “no material of the airplane was collected”.

Debris recovered from the Atlantic by Brazilian search teams is "sea trash" and not from a lost Air France jet, a Brazilian air force official has said.
Brig Ramon Borges Cardoso contradicted earlier reports, saying "no material from the plane has been recovered".
Teams found buoys and a wooden pallet and spotted a fuel slick, and are now searching for an airline seat and a chunk of metal seen earlier this week.

The Brazilian air force said that debris picked up Thursday near where officials believe Air France Flight 447 crashed Monday into the Atlantic Ocean was not from the plane.
"It has been verified that the material did not belong to the plane," Brigadier Ramon Borges Cardoso told reporters in Recife about the material recovered Thursday. "It is a pallet of wood that is utilized for transport. It is used in planes, but on this flight to Paris, there was no wooden pallet."

Noctilucent clouds, are tenuous cloud-like phenomena that are the "ragged-edge" of a much brighter and pervasive polar cloud layer called polar mesospheric clouds in the upper atmosphere, visible in a deep twilight. They are made of crystals of water ice. The name means roughly night shining in Latin. They are most commonly observed in the summer months at latitudes between 50° and 70° north and south of the equator.
They are the highest clouds in the Earth's atmosphere, located in the mesosphere at altitudes of around 76 to 85 kilometers (47 to 53 mi). They are normally too faint to be seen, and are visible only when illuminated by sunlight from below the horizon while the lower layers of the atmosphere are in the Earth's shadow. The "Radar countermeasure flares" notion is plainly poppycock, however. Countermeasure flares are for confusing infrared systems, not radar - though ordinary illumination flares are used occasionally as aiming targets for lighter manually-aimed guns. But you certainly aren't going to start letting off flares over a densely-populated urban area in the UK, so we're staying with the much more credible alien-visitors idea.
So what we've got here is HMS Daring tracking extraterrestrial spacecraft, and possibly almost certainly coming within inches of triggering an interstellar invasion by an ill-timed freak accidental firing mishap. That is, in the unlikely event that the rather feeble weapons actually fitted to the navy's newest, billion-pound destroyer were actually able to do any harm.

At 9:45pm on Wednesday (03-Jun-2009), I[Neil Kramer] was pondering the manifestation of crop circles and how their remarkable glyphs might occur in other mediums/substances apart from cereal crop. I recalled there have been formations in snow, ice and water. I thought about sand. Earth. Like the Nazca lines. What about the sky? Air? Quetzalcoatl (pronounced ke.ʦal.ˈko.waːtɬ) is a Mesoamerican deity whose name comes from the Nahuatl language and means "feather-serpent". To the Mayans, the feathered serpent was known as Kukulcan or Ququmatz. To the Aztecs, Quetzalcoatl was related to gods of the wind (!), of Venus and of the dawn. He was also the patron god of learning and knowledge, this being reflected in his significance to the priesthood.
The first depictions of the feathered serpent can be seen on Stela 19 at the Olmec site of La Venta (Tabasco, Mexico), showing a serpent rising up behind a person. Though the customary explanation suggests a symbolic shamanic ritual, it has always looked to me like a pilot in a cockpit, with various instrumentation.

The Consciousness Factor
The higher the consciousness of this group of people, the fewer of them it will take — and the effect is exponential. Hawkins shows that having even a tiny number of people with a high level of consciousness involved can dramatically reduce the overall number required to bring PEACE to the world.
Hawkins has a very refined and scientifically validated scale of consciousness that is measured according to the principles to which an individual is totally committed and by which he or she consistently lives. For example, a person who is unkind, vengeful, mean or despising of others — or who always blames everyone else for his or her unhappiness — will have a very low level of consciousness. Someone who is forgiving, kind, merciful and accountable for his/her own life, will carry a high level of consciousness.
Someone who has a relatively low level of consciousness will have a negative effect on the world, but insofar as their power as an individual is negligible (with the exception of a few individuals who perversely rule with force or in some other way affect mass consciousness in such a way as to drag it down), it only matters when such a consciousness is shared by millions of others.
That being the case at this present time, were it not for the fact that mass negative energy is counterbalanced by only a very few people with a high level of consciousness, there would be very little hope for humanity. As Hawkins himself says, “But for these counterbalances, mankind would self-destruct out of the sheer mass of its unopposed negativity.”
[It is important that we not make any judgments about all this. Everyone is where they need to be. It might well be that in order for those who aspire to a higher consciousness to reach a new level, they might need that mass consciousness against which to push].
However, as Hawkins shows, the good news is that since the effect that consciousness can have on the creation of reality increases exponentially the higher up the scale a person goes, a very few people holding the higher vibration can counter-balance the millions who are at the lower end of that scale.

External auditors are investigating a discrepancy between the mint's 2008 financial accounting of its precious metals holdings and the physical stockpile at the plant on Sussex Drive in Ottawa.
The mystery raises possibilities from sloppy bookkeeping to a gold heist.
Officials with the commercial Crown corporation are saying little and refuse to confirm the amount and value of the unaccounted for gold, silver and palladium.
"An unprecedented demand in gold in 2008 has led to an unreconciled difference between the mint's financial statements and the physical count of precious metals. If you haven’t realized it until now . . this whole war that has been raging in this corner of the Universe for eons is over the issue of control--the power to control the lives and energy of those beings who reside, not only on this planet, but also on all the other planets in this vicinity, and even into the other dimensions. As always, the best allegory I can find for this situation is in the book A Wrinkle in Time by Madeline L’Engle.
Simply put, the whole thing is a battle between the Darkness and the Light (in it’s true form from the Creator or Source, not the Light which is also that of Lucifer) for the ultimate control of the Universe. If this sounds like you are living in another episode of the Star Wars series, welcome to reality and the biggest thing going on in Creation right now. This bigger war which is raging in the macrocosm of the Universe, is also raging within each and every one of us, also called the microcosm.
And the chemtrails can be a fearful weapon in this war, as long as we remain in the victim state of consciousness.
Planet Earth and its inhabitants, as the prizes in this latest and final battleground of the Galactic war, are crown jewels to the victor, not only because of the position this planet holds on the outlying edge of the galaxy, but as is explained further in my upcoming book, because it is a microcosm of the galaxy. Much like the United States is on planet Earth Earth itself is a melting pot of so many different alien races, that it’s conquest represents a conquest of all the home planets as well...
The key to this penultimate battle is the coming ascension of planet Earth back into the fifth dimension, and the choice its people to either stay here in this dimension, or to go with it. The chemtrails fulfill that part of the Hopi prophecy spoken of about the Day of Purification when cobwebs would be spun in the skies.
But what you do if you were already in control of this planet? What would you do if you had already spent inordinate amounts of time and energy making it into the most sophisticated prison camp in the Universe, so much so that most of the inhabitants didn’t even know they were prisoners? What lengths would you go to in order to prevent them from pulling off the Great Escape by beaming themselves and the whole camp up and out of your self-governing enclosure?
Two things would become necessary for you to do:
1) close or control the doorways or portals in and out of your camp (the always crucial ‘head‘em off at the pass’ in Earth wars); and
2) keep the prisoners
a) preoccupied with their health and the day-to-day grind,
b) genetically incapable of making the jump into hyper-space.
Voila! --the chemtrails.
